The Principals

Jane D. Lindner, is a seasoned corporate finance professional with experience in mergers & acquisitions, private placements, and with business and investor relationships throughout the Asia/Pacific region. Previously Ms. Lindner was Managing Director of Corporate Development for Globalgate.com, Inc. where she was instrumental in raising several rounds of financing for the ecommerce technology startup, helped in numerous acquisitions and later oversaw the reorganization of the company. Ms. Lindner's former history includes Executive Director of Investment Banking at WI Harper Group and Executive Vice President at Hutchinson Securities, as well as extensive marketing experience in the Australia and Asia. Ms. Lindner has a B.S. from Syracuse and an M.A. from the University of Connecticut, as well as completed coursework for her Ph.D. at UC - Berkeley, and has a Series 7 license.

John C. Voltz, is an analyst and corporate finance professional with experience in the insurance and ecommerce sectors. Formerly Mr. Voltz was engaged in acquisitions and corporate finance with Ms. Lindner at Globalgate.com, Inc., an ecommerce technology holding company. Mr. Voltz has a background in financial analysis in the insurance industry, specializing in small-cap companies. Mr. Voltz is also accomplished in graphic design, screenwriting and production in independent film. Mr. Voltz holds a B.S. from Grinnell and an M.B.A. from UCLA.

Neal M. Dikeman, is a corporate finance professional with experience in valuation and mergers & acquisitions, as well as equity and debt securities. Formerly Mr. Dikeman was engaged in acquisitions and corporate finance with Ms. Lindner at Globalgate, an ecommerce technology holding company. He previously worked as an associate in a Silicon Valley private equity firm and as an investment banking analyst at BT Alex. Brown. He has been involved with a number of acquisitions as well as debt and equity issuances in the energy, manufacturing, and ecommerce sectors. Mr. Dikeman holds a B.A. from Texas A&M University, and has a Series 7 license.

Adlai E. Stevenson, III, is a former United States Senator and partner in the law firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt. Stevenson is Chairman of the Japan America Society of Chicago, Director and past President of the U.S. Committee of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC), Co-Chairman of the PECC Financial Markets Development Project, member of the advisory board of the Korean Economic Institute, member of the U.S. - Korea Wisemen Council, the Council on Foreign Relations, the board of the Pacific Basin Institute and other civic organizations and business corporations.

Dr. Tony Castagna, is a non-executive director of Macquarie Technology Funds Management Pty Limited, a venture capital fund that focuses on technology investments, and an advisor to Macquarie Technology Investment Banking, a division of Macquarie Bank, Australia's leading investment bank. Dr. Castagna is also a director of Looksmart Inc., a U.S. based Internet technology company. He held the position of Dean of the Business School, at the University of Technology in Sydney (Kuringgai). Dr. Castagna has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle, an MBA and PhD in Finance, from the University of New South Wales, and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and CPA.

Christopher M. Abbott, FCA, founded and is the former Chairman of Maple-Brown Abbott Ltd., an Australian investment manager, with over A$12 billion under management. Mr. Abbott has presided as non-executive director of QBE Insurance group, was a member of QBE Investment Committee, was Chairman and Director of the investment committee of Barclay Investment Pty. Ltd. and was Executive Director of corporate finance for International Pacific Corporation (now Rothschild Australia).
