Target Mid-market to Start-up Firms - Focus on companies ranging in size from start-ups to companies in the middle-market. The Company takes on engagements with mature mid-market firms for both capital raising and advisory services where our relationships, market-knowledge, and expertise are a good fit. The Company also seeks engagements from young companies and start-ups in the technology space where we feel we can add value to the client's development process, and where equity participation will provide return on our invested time.

Develop Buy-side Relationships - JCP works to develop ongoing advisory relationships with buy-side firms, investors, and acquisitive companies to provide M&A, advisory and capital-raising services. The principals have been engaged by Globalgate.com, Inc. as its in-house corporate finance group and have had discussions with a number of other firms and investors regarding developing ongoing working relationships and continue to cultivate new relationships that can bring us future opportunities.

Leverage Technology Partners - We have begun to establish and leverage technology partnerships both domestically and overseas. Through its business development efforts, JCP maintains a network of technology providers, from software development firms to system integrators and consultancies, offering services in a number of fields. We work to leverage these relationships to find new business, conduct due diligence, and help our clients achieve their strategic goals.
