Policies and Ordering
Products: OKay! Designs is aligned with artisans in Asia employing ancient techniques with contemporary design. All products are handmade using natural lacquer, 24K gold leaf and Mother-of-Pearl or Abalone shell edges.
Returns: OKay! Designs accepts returns on manufacture defects only.
Shipping: All orders are shipped by UPS ground. Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination.
Sales Tax: California law requires that orders shipped to California State residents be taxed at the local sales tax rate.
Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal online or by phone. We also accept check or money orders by mail.
Your Account: OKay! Designs requires all customers to create an account. Your information will be kept private and not used for any other purpose than that of contacting you about your order.
Each tray is enclosed in a black felt drawstring bag and individually boxed. Custom designs with your logo are available.
