Mr. Dikeman is a
Founding Partner of
Jane Capital Partners.
Formerly, Mr. Dikeman was a Director of
Business
Development at Globalgate, an e-commerce holding
company,
and an Associate at Doyle & Boissiere LLC, a
private equity firm
backed by CalPers. Mr. Dikeman has
extensive experience with
distressed and special situation
transactions and financings. He has
been involved in the
acquisition and oversight of several businesses
in the
technology, aerospace, semiconductor, and manufacturing
sectors. Mr. Dikeman began his career with the energy
group of
Bankers Trust, working on M&A, financing, and
distressed situations
in the oil & gas and energy service sectors. He holds a B.A
from
Texas A&M.

Jane Capital, Mr. Voltz was a Director of
Business
Development at Globalgate, an e-commerce holding
company,
and the Senior Financial Analyst for the Surplus
Lines Association
of California, the self-regulatory body
designated by the California
Department of Insurance to
assist in the oversight of the $1.5
Billion California surplus
lines insurance market. Mr. Voltz has
been an independent
filmmaker with expertise in media technology. He holds a
B.A. from Grinnell College and an M.B.A. from
UCLA.

Mr.
Lindner is a Managing Director at Jane Capital Partners. Formerly,
Mr. Lindner was Managing Director of Pentech Capital Markets Group
where he headed up the investment banking division and focused on
subordinated debt and preferred stock transactions. He was Founder
and President of Northwest Capital Corporation where he originated
nearly $150 million in mid-market corporate financings. He also
served as Director and CFO of Wien Air Alaska, Inc., a Northwest
Capital Corp. subsidiary. Before Northwest, he was the West Coast
Manager of Chemical Bank’s asset based lending business – Chemical
Business Credit Corporation – generating a $400 million loan
portfolio. He began his banking career at The Bank of California N.A,
where he rose to Vice President of the Corporate Banking
Division. Mr. Lindner holds a B.S. degree from the University of
Oregon.

Dr.
Castagna is a senior advisor to Jane Capital Partners.
Dr. Castagna
is a non-executive Director of Macquarie
Technology Funds Management
Pty Limited, a venture
capital fund that focuses on technology
investments, and
an advisor to Macquarie Technology Investment Banking,
a division of Macquarie Bank, Australia's leading investment
bank.
Dr. Castagna is also a Director of Looksmart Inc.
(NASDAQ:LOOK), as
well as several privately held
technology companies. He was
previously a non-executive
Director and part of the management team
of Globalgate.
He is a past Dean of the Business School at the
University
of Technology in Sydney (Kuringgai). Dr. Castagna is a
Chartered Accountant and
CPA and has a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of Newcastle, an M.B.A.,
and a Ph.D in Finance from the
University of New South Wales.

Senator Stevenson is a former United States Senator from
Illinois, a
former partner in the law firm of Mayer, Brown &
Platt, and a
two-time candidate for Governor of Illinois.
Senator Stevenson is a
strong proponent of alternative
energy, and has a long history
advising technology startups
and venture capital firms. He is a
board member of many
notable civic organizations and business
corporations.
Widely traveled and an authority on East Asia, Senator
Stevenson is the recipient of numerous honors, including
the Order of the Sacred Treasure with Gold and Silver Star
from the
Emperor of Japan. Senator Stevenson has also
held positions as Illinois Supreme Court law clerk, member of the
Illinois House of
Representatives, and Illinois State Treasurer. He
is a veteran of the Korean War
and a former USMC Captain. Senator Stevenson received a B.A. and a
J.D. from
Harvard University.

environmental technology firms. Mr. Gibson has extensive
experience
in the environmental, energy, and marine
sectors. He was the Founder
and SVP of Business
Development of Thorne Environmental, a US
remediation
firm, and General Manager/Special Projects Planner for
International Technologies Corporation (ITX:NYSE), where
he helped
grow revenues from $2 million to $1 billion in 5
years.
Earlier in his career he was a consultant for Lloyd's
of London, managing marine salvage projects on behalf of
Lloyd's
around the world. Mr. Gibson started his career as a US Navy diver,
and
has a degree in marine engineering and an executive M.B.A. from
Pepperdine.

technology. He is the Principal of Optimal Resources, Inc.,
a consulting firm in Houston, TX. Dr. Salathiel previously
served as
a Research Associate with Exxon Production
Research, and prior to
that, as Senior Research Scientist
at Exxon Chemical Company. He holds 12 US patents
and has numerous publications and foreign patents. Dr.
Salathiel
holds an M.B.A. from University of Houston and
a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from Rice University.

Soichi Uchida,

Mr.Uchida
is a consultant to Jane Capital. He has a
history of executing market entry strategies for emerging technology
into Asia. He opened the Japanese market for
a major US manufacturer of photovoltaic panels in the mid-1990s.
Prior to that as VP of Far East Marketing, Mr.
Uchida was instrumental in bringing US-based PICK
Systems, a leading early developer of operating system software, to
Japan. Previously he worked in various
software management capacities in the US and Japan, including Bank
of America, and is currently CEO of Nisshin Denki, a sixty year-old
manufacturer of components for the battery industry.
Mr. Uchida holds a B.A. from Osaka University of Art.
